Strong Hockey is instructing a 1.5 hr. Shooting Clinic, Dec. 27th in Webster.  Learn to shoot quicker, harder, and more accurate! A ton of shots; forehands, backhands, moving to shoot, shooting from a pass.  Goalies are needed and 1/2 price.

Strong Hockey is instructing an Aggressiveness Clinic, Friday, Nov. 10th, Veterans Day vacation, in Webster.  1.5 hours of teaching your skater how to Get After It!  Using body position to gain control of the multiple loose pucks that occur in a game.  In the corners, along the boards, in front of the net, in open ice.  Play with more confidence, be more Aggressive and have the puck in your control more.   We will match the kids up according to size.  See below to download the flyer or register at www.StrongHockey.com

• The first one is:  October 9th, Columbus Day, 9:00 – 10:25 a.m., – “A Let’s Skate Clinic” from Strong Hockey, an Early-Season Agility Skating Clinic for Ages 6 – 12.  Better quickness and gaining speed.  Improve for the season! 
• The second one is: October 9th, Columbus Day, 10:25 – 11:50 a.m., – “A Checking Clinic” from Strong Hockey.  For Bantams and 2nd year Pee Wees (they receive contact too).  How to Receive and Give Checks properly and safely.  We will start at 1/2 speed and match them up again their own sizes.  - Gain and Learn to Play with Confidence!

A Young Skaters Clinic on Saturday, March 25th, 1 – 3 in Webster, will be instructed by Strong Hockey.  2 hours of skating for kids that need help with the basic fundamentals of skating.  Stopping, turning, strides, backwards, carrying the puck and gaining confidence.  Flyer posted below or go to www.StrongHockey.com

Please tell your friends who might be interested in the sport to look at a few programs. 

K-2 Micro Lacrosse - this year girls sticks will be handed out. This is 4 week session in partnership with our boys club. Its a perfect way to get introduced to the sport and to try it out. Register at: websterlacrosseclub.org

Spring Training New to Lacrosse Program We are offering “learn to lax” and new to lacrosse program for any and all who want to try this great sport. This 3-4 week session will introduce girls age 3-6th grades to the sport. We will focus on the basics, providing an environment for newer players to listen, learn and have some fun without the intimidation of those who have been playing for some time. This session is geared to helping girls interested in entering the sport. Dates are being Finalized and registration to be open shortly.
