Dear WNYAHL Members,

Below is a synopsis of upcoming CEP clinics in the West Section of NYSAHA. It appears that you cannot register yet for these clinics, nonetheless in the interim, make sure you are checking the CEP of all your coaches (Head coaches and all Assistants/on ice staff) and let them know of the pending clinics.

AS noted in the email below, there is a new registration system that will require a coach to set up a new account See below).

2017-18 Clinic Registration System Now Live!!

Below are two tabs to locate coaching clinics.

The first tab of Clinics After Aug 1 are all of the clinics posted on our new Clinic Registration System and also a July HP clinic in Michigan. If you are looking for upcoming clinics for the fall clinic season, please look here. You can find a PDF of the Registration Process below and also a video tour of the new system.

Please note:
1.    You must have a 2017-18 USA Hockey confirmation number. Click on the USA Hockey Registration Link to the right.
2.    This is an entirely new system and your old login credentials will NOT work. You must click on Create Account to register for a clinic.

Just a reminder that the new rule is no roster approval unless all the criteria are met (registration, screening, SafeSport, current CEP or proof of registration, module).

Everyone.

I know we’ve all been getting questions, so I wanted to get this information to you  so you’d have it before the WNYAHL meeting next week. 

We’re currently planning four (4) USA Hockey CEP clinics, Levels 1,2 and 3 here in the West Section, beginning with Niagara U on 8/26.  That will be followed by clinics at SUNY Fredonia on 9/17, UB North Campus on 10/28, and SUNY Brockport on 11/18.

I’ll get them posted as soon as I have access to the new system.

For those coaches who are looking to attend a Level 4 in New York State this season, there will be one held at Skaneateles High School September 23-24, 2017.  Registration is now open for that one.  The only other opportunity will be in here in the Buffalo area late in December.
